THE LEACOCK TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD WILL HOLD THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING ON TUESDAY, April 16, 2024 @ 7:00 PM AT THE LEACOCK TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL
BUILDING @3545 WEST NEWPORT ROAD, RONKS, PA 17534. THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WILL BE HEARD AT THAT TIME.
Articles &sections refer to the 2003 Leacock Township Zoning Ordinance as Amended& The Code of Leacock Township.
*Signarama Lancaster (1748 Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603) is applying on behalf of the
Clinic for Special Children (20 Community Lane, Gordonville, PA 17529) and the Community Care Center (10 Community Lane, Gordonville, PA 17529), both properties are located in the Rural Village (R-V) Zone. Signarama is requesting variances of Article XX Section 310-251,
Subsection: Attachment 3:2 regarding maximum height of flat wall sign, maximum height of free-standing sign related to individual business signs, and a special exception of Article XX, Section 310-266.A(6) for off-premises signs.
